Over the past year, the eLearningWP team undertook a major project to move us off our extremely problematic and expensive Salesforce installation, and automate nearly every aspect of our backend through WordPress. Our classes are mostly subscriptions, and include complicated elements like scheduling and rescheduling recurring sessions at different frequencies within specific rules, grandfathered students with all kinds of unusual exceptions, page submissions that need to be submitted by students and read by teachers, compensation for different products at different rates and a whole host of other complexities that have baffled other developers I’ve worked with in the past.

But they were tireless in asking the right questions to understand our business, and building a system that works holistically for our needs. They were also incredibly proactive in making sure my staff was properly trained on the new system, and adaptable as new issues that came up during the design and the transition. We’ve just finished the first stage, transitioned nearly our entire student base to an entirely new system without a single major issue, and have a student body that is delighted with the new system and a team that is even happier, having seen a significant reduction in their daily workload, and a system that is intuitive and easy to use.
